From early discovery to clinical stages

Currently in a first-in-human trial, OC 1 is a CAR T candidate for cortical T cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (coT-ALL), a rare and aggressive cancer that affects both children and adults. It targets CD1a, an antigen found almost exclusively in malignant T cells, allowing for precise tumour elimination while preserving healthy immune function. Designed for patients who relapse or do not respond to existing therapies, OC 1 offers a highly selective and promising approach where few options remain.

Targeting CD22, OC 2 is designed for patients with relapsed or refractory B cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (B ALL), the most common cancer in children. While CAR T therapies have transformed outcomes in B ALL, many patients relapse—especially those who become resistant to CD19-directed treatments. OC 2 provides an alternative, aiming to fill this critical therapeutic gap with a new, relevant antigen.
